The Back 40....Phase 2

I planted seeds about two weeks ago and they already grew out of their first little peat pots (this doesn't even represent an eighth of what I have growing)... I outgrew counterspace in the kitchen and am now using John's room as a greenhouse. This year's crop includes 3 kinds of tomatoes, white radishes, cucumbers, squash, hot peppers, banana peppers, onions, leeks and two different kinds of lettuce. It will be interesting to see how this year's crop turns out....

Don't get too excited and put your seedlings into the ground early. Remember the ultimate rule of thumb, never plant before Good Friday!

Does Sugar Coon help with the plants? Bet she could help thin out the seedlings?

This year in SC we had the coldest Easter in many a moon. Hope everyone was as slow in moving things outside as we are so they survived.
