Snow was covering the ground and temperatures were dropping steadily. Right before this picture was taken it had fallen to a dangerous low of 60 degrees. I truly believe if the horse's breath had not warmed this family, they would not have made it in such treacherous conditions!!

This can not be the same Ahoy Malloy that I know. She is not quiet and there are a few other things I beg to differ with but I will go along with it only because the Ahoy I know is just so darn cute. Those of us who know you, can tell what is real and what isn't. For instance, where did you get that COON? bananie
What a fine looking family even though the temperature was soooo low. A high of 60 degrees?? They must have been suffering so!! Bet they headed back to the warmth of 90 degrees! :>)
